Technical issues
If the product has a material technical issue, contact wangjian20181116@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Cloudveil will first try to resolve the issue. If a material technical issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.
Other requests
Change-of-mind requests after download are not automatically eligible because the files cannot be returned. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, or refund, dispute, and chargeback processes operated by Creem and payment providers.
Effect of a refund
If a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback is completed, the license ends. You must stop using the product and delete copies in your possession. Cloudveil cannot technically remove files already downloaded to your device.
